A graduate of ESTP Paris (Master’s degree in Structural Engineering) and the University of Queensland, Australia (Master’s degree in Civil Engineering), Rouzmehr is in the energy industry for nearly two decades.
Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Rouzmehr held various positions at TotalEnergies in the Operations departments – both onshore & offshore – before moving to Project Management functions. He worked in France, USA, Angola, UAE, Australia, Congo, Singapore, Qatar, and the Netherlands.
Through his career, Rouzmehr has also been teaching process engineering and thermodynamics to O&G professionals for IFP Energies nouvelles.
Rouzmehr is driven by bringing people together and challenging the status quo. He enjoys playing football, chess, and practicing boxing.
One of his favourite quotes is: “The stone age did not end because the world ran out of stones”.
Rouzmehr speaks French, English, Persian, Spanish and Russian.
Adrien holds two master’s degrees, from the Arts & Métiers ParisTech (ENSAM) in Mechanical Engineering, and from University of Melbourne in Project Management. He is working in engineering and consultancy field for 10 years.
Based in South-East Asia, Adrien values excellence in customer service and building long-lasting relationship with clients. He focuses on state-of-the-art technologies that could bring efficiency to the industry while improving employees’ engagement at work.
Adrien loves diving and is also playing tennis, badminton, football during his free time.
Muriel holds two master’s degrees with the highest honours, in Education Science and Corporate Social Responsibility.
She is the Oil & Gas industry for 15 years, starting in the Corporate Social Responsibility department where she developed the global award-winning program : HSE for Youth, which still today reaches 4,000+ children in 50+ countries every year.
After winning the first IOGP Outstanding Young Professional Award in 2016, Muriel became the global head of HSE Training & Communications at Schlumberger and manager of Schlumberger SAFE strategy. The outstanding results achieved with this strategy were recognized by the CEO Award in 2019.
She is also the SPE CEDEP Safety Leadership Program Director.
Muriel is recognized for her ability to think outside of the box and find innovative solutions.
In her spare time, she has been coordinating community development projects in West Africa since she was 21.
